Order Processing & Shipping
This brand is run entirely in-house by one person. As a result this may lead to potential delays during production, however a majority of orders are processed in 2-3 weeks from the initial date of purchase. Once your order is completed and shipped you will receive the tracking information via the email you provided to our site. For domestic orders please allow 2-5 days once shipped and for international orders the wait till be 10-15 days once shipped.

Return Policy
Please look over your cart carefully before completing any purchase from the online store as we do not accept any returns or refunds. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged please feel free to contact us via email so that we can resolve the issue.

Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within the state of New York. These orders are subject to New York sales tax on all products and shipping charges.
Shipments
Once an order is shipped out either through our web-store or our services it is no longer our responsibility,. We will do our best to assist customers through any issues they may have while their order is in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier handling your order to locate the package and/or file a lost package form.
